This excellent CD-ROM looks at Canada's Native Nations from coast to coast.  It is filled with images, narrative, videos, sounds, music, maps and text. The information is well presented and maps are easy to understand.  The numerous Images are excellent and all material can be printed simply. The search tool and interface is very good and again ease of use is stressed.  Excellent narratives, a number of videos and authentic music makes for a truly interactive adventure.  This CD is aimed for children from grades 3 and up.  It is being extensively used in all levels within Canadian Schools both elementary and secondary.  Elementary students find the navigation interface simple to use and enjoy the narration which accompanies most screens, assisting younger students.  Older students and those in secondary levels tend to use the complex search functions and the included notepad feature for copying and organizing information.  This CD is available for a 21 day preview.
