All titles are priced in Canadian dollars.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept purchase orders, school orders such as bill to school, VISA and Mastercard as well as school or individual cheques. Invoices are enclosed within each shipment and where required, invoices are also mailed to school district or board offices.
SALES TAXES FOR CANADIAN ORDERS:
GST is added to all Canadian orders except those provinces with Harmonized Sales Tax. Those provinces are charges HST.
SALES TAXES FOR ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA:
Orders outside of Canada are not charged any taxes. Any applicable duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING:
Within Canada we ship via Canada Post for the most economical means of delivery. Shipping charges are added to your invoice. Applicable sales taxes are added to the shipping charge.
Should you require faster delivery please request this on your order or call us at 1-800-221-9788 and we will quote delivery costs and estimated time of arrival.
SHIPPING ON ORDERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA:
Orders from outside of Canada are shipped via the most economical means. Shipping charges are added to your invoice and billed at time of shipment. We quote your shipping charges prior to making shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Most orders are filled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery times within Canada vary from 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery times OUTSIDE CANADA varying from 5 to 21 days.
REFUNDS:
Any titles except for special order items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items returned after 30 days but before 60 days of the invoiced date (date on your invoice) are charged a restocking fee of $35.00 per title returned. Items may not be returned after 60 days. Please do not mark the product, put labels on the product or damage the product that you wish to return. Damaged, marked or labelled products may not be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and not A-V Discovery Ltd.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
Order in confidence. All titles come with our 30 day return policy as per above under refunds. If your order included free titles or reduced cost (such as buy 2 get 1 free) based on purchased titles, then accompanying free titles or reduced cost titles must be returned.
