All pricing is in Canadian dollars. We accept cheques (both school or personal), money orders, purchase orders from qualified institutions and organizations and VISAor MASTERCARD.  Prices are subject to change, however any increase is advised prior to any shipment.  All DVD/Video Prices include Public Performance Rights and Take Home Use rights.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR CONCERN.
If any DVD/Video program does not suit your needs it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, credit or exchange at your option, unless it is a special order or is marked as non-returnable.

COMPUTER SOFTWARE CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN 21 DAYS IF IT IS UNOPENED OR FAULTY.

PREVIEWS are available for 30 days on DVD/Video programs, to qualified institutions and organizations only.  Preview materials lost or damaged while in the previewee's possession or while being returned by the previewee are considered purchased.  Due to public performance and copyright rights, NO PREVIEW MATERIALS may be used in a classroom type setting until purchased.

JOBBERS, NON-EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, INDIVIDUALS

Orders must be prepaid or can be sent COD.  Those within Canada requesting tax exemption status must provide a tax exemption certificate or form at the time of purchase in order to qualify as tax exempt.  Jobbers should be aware that certain titles may not be available to jobbers within Canada.  Please contact us via email at sales@avdiscovery.com and list the titles you are seeking to purchase and distribute within Canada. We will provide you with a response within 24 hours.
